About

With over a decade of experience in property management and home remodeling throughout the Lake Tahoe area, I’ve gained firsthand knowledge of homes of all shapes, sizes, ages, and values. Throughout my career, I’ve seen the importance of proper maintenance, quality workmanship, and identifying potential issues before they become costly problems.

My journey toward becoming a home inspector became personal shortly after purchasing my own home. After reviewing my home inspection report, I was disappointed by the number of defects that had gone unaddressed. Having been present during the inspection and drawing on my years of experience, I recognized several issues that had never been mentioned in the report. This was concerning, especially knowing that many homebuyers rely entirely on their inspector’s expertise to understand the condition of such a significant investment. That experience became the driving force behind my decision to pursue professional home inspection training and establish High Country Home Inspections.

My goal is to provide thorough, reliable, and honest inspections that give homeowners and buyers the knowledge and confidence they deserve when making one of life’s biggest investments. At High Country Home Inspections, I believe every home deserves a careful, detailed evaluation and every client deserves to feel confident in the process. I’m committed to helping clients better understand their homes, identify potential concerns, and make informed decisions for the future. High Country Home Inspections — Protecting your investment today for a safer, more functional home for years to come.
